Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and at least 18 to publish paid content or cash out earnings.

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person — no shared or automated accounts.
• Provide accurate information when signing up and when completing Stripe onboarding.

You retain full ownership of every story, chapter, and world you publish on IlorisNovel.

By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content on the platform — including audio narration we generate at your request.

You promise your content is yours to publish and does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights. You can remove your work at any time.

Coins are a virtual currency used to unlock chapters, play audio, and subscribe to authors. Coins have no cash value until redeemed by an eligible author through the cashout flow.

• Coin purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Authors cash out at a fixed rate of $0.50 USD per coin, with an 8% platform fee.
• Payouts are processed by Stripe; their terms also apply to payout activity.

Don't use IlorisNovel to:

• Publish content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, or that incites violence.
• Upload malware, scrape the platform, or attempt to bypass paywalls and access controls.
• Harass other users, impersonate authors, or manipulate rankings and reviews.
• Launder money or commit payment fraud through coin purchases or cashouts.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules and withhold earnings tied to fraudulent activity.

IlorisNovel is provided "as is". We work hard to keep the platform reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every expectation.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email.
