Overview
Goblins do not stay goblins. Through survival, combat, and growth, they evolve into higher forms — each stage a biological upgrade that extends lifespan, increases size and strength, and unlocks new capabilities. Evolution is not guaranteed; most goblins die before their first evolution.
Evolution is Path-Dependent
The branch a goblin evolves into reflects how they lived. A goblin who survived through combat evolves down the Warrior path. One who led and commanded evolves down the Lord/Chief path. One who survived through cunning, knowledge, or unconventional means takes a Shaman or Scout path.
